We are about homes not houses. Providing safe, supported accommodation for people who need a secure place from which to move forward.
Our homes offer more than somewhere to live. We combine accommodation with practical support, clear structure and signposting to other services, helping residents build stability, develop independence and make the most of the opportunities available to them.
We consider referrals for people who are currently homeless, at risk of homelessness, subject to electronic monitoring, or required under strict conditions to live at an approved address.
For those who are ready, Nexus offer a pathway through three stages of accommodation, with the level of independence and responsibility increasing along the way.
The Nexus Resettlement Pathway
Three stages of supported accommodation, designed to provide the right environment as residents move towards greater stability and independence. Placements may be for up to 3 years.
Early Stage Housing
A safe and secure place to live and get settled.

Sober Community Living
A drug and alcohol-free home with others on a similar journey.

Nexus residents also have access to Men’s Minds groups and activities, providing opportunities to connect with others, including through football, outdoor activities, often exploring the countryside.
Nexus provides supported accommodation in Leeds and Oxford, helping people build stability, independence and opportunities for the future.
