At Nexus Resettlement we provide homes not houses. Alongside accommodation, we offer practical signposting and structured support to help people access the services, stability and opportunities they need to move forward.
We can consider you for housing if you find yourself in any of the following circumstances
- Currently homeless
- At risk of homelessness
- Subject to electronic monitoring
- Required under strict conditions to reside at an approved address
